Agriturismo I Moresani arranges an adventure weekend to discover the Cilento National Park on horseback – September 29th-October 1st 2017

Programme:
September 29th
From 14.00 – check in at the agriturismo
21:00 – welcome dinner

September 30th – Horseback trek: The ancient path of the monks
8:30 – Breakfast
10:00 – Ready to go horseriding from the agriturismo to the medioeval village of Castelnuovo Cilento and back, riding close to monasteries and along the Alento Valley. Pic-nic lunch at the garden of the castel of Castel Nuovo
21:00 – dinner at the agriturismo

October 1st – Horseback trek: The old salt road
8:30 – Breakfast
10:00 – Ready to go horseriding – riding through fields, orchards, old abandoned ruins we reach the Old Salt Road that used to join the hinderland areas with the coastal ones in order to encourage trade between the old Velia and people living in the countryside. We’ll stop in an olive tree grove for lucnh and then we’ll ride back to the agriturismo riding along the beach
