The agritourism I Moresani is not only a fabulous place to spend the holidays, with family or friends, to go horseback riding or relax by the pool, it is first and foremost a farm, born out of the love for our land and the desire to create a distinctive setting which is at the same time healthy and genuine.

The heart and strong point of this family-run farm is the art of knowing how to cook with flavour without sacrificing the simplicity of traditional flavours and the authenticity of organic products.

Our main goal is to ensure that our recipes and traditional flavours remain in the hearts of all those who taste them.

The restaurant is open to everyone; it is simple but very welcoming, in line with our dishes and our philosophy: simplicity is the foundation of taste and authentic flavours.

ORGANIC FARMING AND “KM 0” RESTAURANT

Why is our kitchen loved by so many? Undoubtedly because the products we put on the table have not travelled hundreds of miles to get there – they are produced in-house! You just need to take a stroll around the farm to see our crops: vines, fruit, vegetables and livestock. That’s why it’s no coincidence that we are a Slow Food Presidium in Cilento for Cacioricotta and Cracked Olives and our restaurant features in the Michelin Guide and Inns of Italy.

It is our aim to revive the flavours of the past but with innovation: we hold on firmly to the recipes of our grandmothers but keep an eye on the present and renew them to suit today’s tastes in order to offer our guests the perfect balance between past and present.
