Tasty and appetizing, our aubergines preserved in oil are produced by following an ancient traditional recipe and come from our organic vegetable gardens. . We only use organic extra virgin olive oil to preserve them.
There are no chemical products or artificial preservatives.

Product without preservatives, subject to decrease in weight. Keep in a cool dry place away from heat sources. Once opened, keep in the refrigerate covered with oil.
