Organic Cilento yellow tomatoes – Pacchetelle tomatoes
Tomato preserve with a unique and delicate taste obtained from organic Cilento yellow tomatoes grown on our farm and processed by the traditional method without any preservatives or additives.

The Cilento yellow tomato or  “ Yellow Piennolo  tomato” became part of the  Slow Food Ark of Taste network  as it is part of the cultural heritage and tradition of the Cilento that  risked  becoming extinct.
This tomato is characterized by its small size and its yellow-orange colour; the skin is very thick while the red flesh is not very juicy and has an acidic taste.
