Bronze-drawn pasta, our Cappelli durum wheat Pappardelle are hand-crafted with stone-ground semi-wholemeal flour and dried slowly at low temperatures.
Their texture is coarser than ordinary wholemeal pasta that makes their surface just rough enough to absorb the topping well.
Grown and milled in Italy
