Bronze-drawn pasta, our Cappelli durum wheat Tubetti are hand-crafted with stone-ground semi-wholemeal flour and dried slowly at low temperatures.
Their texture is coarser than ordinary wholemeal pasta that makes their surface just rough enough to absorb the topping well.
